How Our Program Works
APPROACH
Each day starts with a focus on how dancers approach their training both mentally and physically. Dancers have workshops in intention setting, integrity, and inner-dialogue.
AWARENESS AND APPLICATION
Armed with the power of how to approach class the dancers will next take that awareness of their physical and mental state and apply it in their morning conditioning and technique classes. Dancers have the opportunity to practice their physical and mental awareness in ballet, jazz technique and conditioning classes.
ARTISTRY
Building from the power, confidence and technical ability created in their foundation classes, the second part of the day is spent in exploration and expression of dancers individual artistic voice. Classes include, improvisation, creative process, choreography and performance.
