PROJECT 4 5 20 Is a choreographic workshop based in the idea of releasing fear for possibility and in turn build skill, push boundaries, and challenge everyone involved to access greatness in the creative process.  Created as a means to connect and co-create in and environment and time frame which enforces a truly boundary pushing experience, Pushing Progress Contemporary Dance is excited to offer an opportunity and work with 20 dancers who are interested in being a part of a creative process, want to dive into an immersive fast paced environment, and are charged by the daily, mental and physical challenges this performance workshop will bring.

Although the culmination of the workshop is a full evening length work, it is merely a small piece of the structure used to create the environment in which each artist, both dancer and choreographer, can be in practice of skill and challenge their pre-conceived abilities.  This is all captured over the duration of PROJECT 4 5 20 with a video documentary meant to reach out and inspire artists to release fear for possibility, and continue to strive and create work from a place of trust, love, and honesty.
